Day trip to Purple field
This place is located 2 hours from Dushanbe to south of Tajikistan. There is two way to get to this field of flowers, first through Bokhtar region which is shorter & second through Dangara region which is longer. The south part of Tajikistan especially western part of it has vast field where different flowers are blossom in Spring. Spring is best season to visit South of Tajikistan. There is two areas that really worth to visit west part of it & east past of it.
This locations go through Sarband town further to Kaltashutur village and all the way to Guyunchy village is full of flowers.
Type of flowers: Spryginia gracilis is type of flowers that flourishing during Spring from end of March until mid of April depending of course of the weather.

Day 1: Day 01: Dushanbe- SarbandPick you up in the mornig driving towards Bokhtar region, the road is perfectly paved, getting to Bokhtar, detour to Sarband town and pass by and further towards purple flowers. Picnic in the field. After drive to Dangar region, stop by Nurek lake, short stop to the small market where local people stop for dry fruits and food. Detour to Nurek town. Hotel

Day 2: Day 02: Nurek-DushanbeSightseeing around town, Nurek is small town in the south of Tajikistan and it was built in 1961 durung the construction of Nurek Hydro electric station, and it was the biggest Hydro-electric station in the ex-Soviet republics. So in short this town is symboles of Soviet periods. Visit market & back to Dushanbe. Check in and prepare for Dushanbe night.
